Jewel in the crown of Villa Carlotta’ s apartments collection, the brand new “The Villa” is a seafront spacious apartment in a 1700 Sicilian palazzo with thick walls and Arab style windows. More than just a vacation rental, this sun-drenched quiet Sicilian retreat offers luxury, space, state-of-the-art design surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation and breathtaking views.

Walk down a few steps and open the door to an individually designed living-room with Italian stylish furniture and large flat screen TV, revealing a spectacular panoramic terrace with wrought iron table, chairs, sun loungers to soak up the sun. The apartment features two bedrooms: The Master bedroom has one four-poster king-size bed (2mt x 2 mt), while the Junior bedroom has two large four- poster twin beds that can be made into a king size. Each room has its own Italian marble bathroom, one with walk-in shower and one with shower cabin. Close to the chic lounge, the modern kitchen is fitted with premium appliances.
It sleeps up to five people and one child.
